Box Build Assembly
Many of our customers require complete BOX BUILD ASSEMBLY solution. Often, this includes Cable Assemblies and Wire Harness Assemblies, conformal coating, ruggedization and multitudes of different type of tests and verifications. We utilize our strategic off-shore and on-shore supply chain partners to procure any type of enclosure and materials required to build the final product with CCAs inside.
As part of our end-to-end manufacturing solutions, we offer a broad range of manufacturing services that can be customized to meet supply chain requirements. These services range from Integration Level 2 (electrical and mechanical sub-assembly and test) to Level 5 (full integration/box-build and end customer drop-ship). We put together the complete product, ready to be shipped to the end customer. In addition to physical assembly and testing of a product, our services encompass other value-added elements such as sourcing, logistics, supply chain management, and after-market services.
